Appointments:
All services may be scheduled by email or phone. Upon scheduling, clients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Internal medicine patients who are using commercial insurance must send policy information in advance to verify eligibility. You may send this information via fax or through the secure website www.reachmydoctor.com. Please choose Dr. Kimberlee Terry as your physician and complete the biographical and insurance information.
24 hour Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no shows will result in a $50 fee for General Medical Visits , $100 for Botox and 100% of the service for all other medical skincare services including laser and dermal filler appointments. Please be considerate and reschedule with advance notice so that we can maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others.
Tipping:
Le Celle is a non-tipping medical care facility. Your thanks for a great service or a job well done is greatly appreciated and we will gladly accept your thanks in the form of your repeat business and referrals.
Returns:
A full refund will be issued for all non-prescription skincare within 2 weeks of purchase. This excludes Latisse and compounded prescriptions.
Prepaid services are not refundable. Balances may be used toward other services at Le Celle.
